A-1 Service was established in 1996, family owned and operated. Specializing in providing the highest standards of electrical and gas repairs in the Asheville area.

Jim Frazier is the Qualifying Agent, a certified master electrician.  With over three decades of experience he has been with  A-1 Service since its inception.

Since 1978 Jim’s reputation of hard work and dedication has served him well.

At the millennium A-1 began to branch out and wire new custom homes in the Biltmore Park development. However, after two years, A-1 realized that service work and appliance installation needed to be the real focus of their business, and has been doing this exclusively ever since. Since we look at service as our main focus, we are able to confidently offer SAME DAY SERVICE by Electricians and Gas Techs that are service technicians not construction site installers.
